Directions for Use:

Simply apply the desired amount into a cupped hand and rub into the skin thoroughly. Repeat as appropriate. Apply desired amount to chest, neck, arms, legs, or abdomen 30 minutes before sleep for best results. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes. Can be used as a daily moisturizer. The airless pump better preserves the product and ensures you get 100% of the product in the bottle, but it does need to be primed.
