The Cod Liver Oil contained in these capsules is sourced from wild caught, cold water fish and has been tested to ensure it is below the mandated levels for organically occurring contaminants; mercury, lead, cadmium and arsenic. Dose & Administration:
Children 1 - 3 years: 1 capsule per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. 4 - 8 years: 1 capsule per day 9 - 13 years: 2 capsules per day 14+ years: 3 capsules per day. Under 12 months: On the advice of a healthcare professional only. Capsules should be chewed and not swallowed whole. Twist or snip off tail or pierce capsule and add to food, drinks or serve on a spoon.
