Shipping – Online Orders
Teambuys deliver Australia wide and we pride ourselves on getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We use a variety of freight services to best achieve this.
All orders are despatched as soon as possible however due to availability of items and peak periods, can take up to 5 working days. Please note that your order may be split into multiple deliveries and will arrive separately as some items are sent direct from our partners.
A delivery charge of $16.50 (GST inc) is applied to all orders.
Please note the following exceptions:
- School uniform orders where the option for Free Delivery to School is selected
- Orders including items where additional freight charges apply due the item’s size/weight. This function will calculate a charge for delivery of that item to the required location. Please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements for these goods if you believe the freight expense is excessive
- Custom Design products where freight costs are communicated as part of the enquiry process
Delivery Timelines
Delivery can take up to 10 days but generally adheres to the following schedule:
- Next Day from Despatch - Metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra
- 2-3 day delivery to Queensland, Tasmania, regional NSW, Victoria and South Australia
- 4-5 days Western Australia, NT
