Each tablet contains: Tyrosine 500mg Iodine (as Potassium iodide) 145mcg Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 75mcg Zinc (as an amino acid chelate) 12.5mg

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
